Peita's Smoked Pumpkin

A go to dish for the non-meat eaters! Peita hollows out the pumpkin and fills it with all the good stuff like rocket, mushroom, onion, pesto, rice and peppers. When layering it, Peita sprinkles the layers with the RUB-IT BBQ Crackerjack and Season All. She throws all that goodness in the smoker firebox for a few hours then wham-bam-thank-you ma'am.

Hayley's Buffalo Burgers

Holy Goodnight Hayley!
Hayley made these gems ( for a small army by the looks of it) using Buffalo Mince from the legends at Maleny Buffalo and seasoned with the RUB-IT BBQ Crackerjack Rub & Gourmet Smoked Sea Salt. Topped with a splash of Chimichurri and slapped on a burger bun and presto!

NOW THAT IS A SENSATIONAL FEED WITH A COLDIE!

Kelly's Memphis Steak

Even before it is cooked, how mouthwatering is this bad boy (or maybe bad girl in this case!).
Kelly grabbed these amazing steaks from her local butcher, coated both sides in our family favourite Memphis Seasoning, let them sit for 10 (while she poured herself a glass of red!), then cooked them up in the pan until medium well. Served with some mash and what a winner!
